However, as a result of any error from our side, if you have received a damaged product or a product different to the ordered product which you had ordered, you can contact us for return and refund within 10 days from the order delivered. Although such a situation is highly unlikely, we hope you understand that humans are prone to errors. We will correct any such situation by issuing you a full refund or replacement.
Situations for Returns Acceptance
If you are delivered a different item than what you had ordered, please contact us via phone or email, so that we can arrange for the product to be returned and replaced.
If you are delivered a damaged item, please contact us via phone or email, so that we can arrange for the product to be returned and your money refunded or product replaced.
Returns must be unused & Price Tag has to be attached. Returned along with the original packaging to our registered address by courier and once our team verifies the order issue and confirms. You will get the credit note of that amount in your My Account.
Please note that if an incorrect product(s) is handed by you to by our courier service partner, BABY GO shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
